In todays post, I am going to discuss a few new construction properties in the Manhattan Beach Sand Section that will be hitting the market in the near future. From my notes, I know of 16 properties (SFR and Townhomes) that are going to be coming up in the MB sand this year or early next that will be a welcome relief to the anemic shortage of supply these days.The estimated list prices, not set in stone, but what I am hearing, is going to range between $2.2 and $5.8 million. The Sand Section of Manhattan is the most expensive and propertydense section of town and most if not all of these new construction properties have ocean views, open floor plans, high end finishes as well as a close proximity to the beach and downtown.
