Hi, my name is Tony Altamura.
I have lived in the beach cities since 1981, currently live in Redondo Beach and there is nowhere else I would rather live. I have been in the real estate business since 1988. I hold a Brokers license and have a Bachelors Degree from the University of Southern California’s Business School with an emphasis in the Entrepreneur Program. I’m married and have two children attending award winning Redondo Beach schools. I’m active in my community including volunteering for our local basketball league for the past 7 years and lending my time to the Redondo Union High School basketball program.
I have specialized in investments, property management and leasing for the last 13 years. My current portfolio includes single family homes, condos and apartment buildings. The portfolio ranges from a one bedroom condo, to a $4,000,000 single family home to an 18 unit building valued at $6,000,000. We can handle 1 unit to 1000 units including vacation rentals. We provide full service management including rent collection, routine maintenance, emergency service, insurance review, leasing, and accounting with a detailed monthly statement. I have extensive experience in directing remodeling of units in order to maximize rents. I understand what it takes to minimize costs while at the same time presenting a finished product that is highly desired. In addition we conduct thorough screenings to ensure good quality tenants. We can manage property in all areas of the South Bay as well as the Westside.
