I have lived in the beach communities of Manhattan and Hermosa continuously since 1966. I have been a Realtor and Developer since 1986.
I joined South Bay Brokers in 1987; it was acknowledged then, and currently is #1 Real Estate office in residential sales in the South Bay as per the L. A. Business Journal. I have generated more dollar volume sales than anyone in company history. I have continuously been either #1,#2 or #3 Top Producing Agent since 1987.
There is no finer place to live than the beach communities of Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo. Beautiful stretches of magnificent clean beaches, one of the top public school districts in the state. The strength of our community’s are our Schools, where each Elementary, Middle, and High Schools are California Distinguished Schools which places them in the top 4% in the state. REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
Since 1985, I have been actively involved in residential Real Estate sales and Development. My philosophy on sales is to have a strong marketing and advertising program, sound business fundamentals and the drive and desire to accomplish these goals.
Since 1987, I have consistently been one of the top three producing agents at South Bay Brokers. I have the highest cumulative sales volume in company history. I am very proud of this accomplishment because I believe that success is a direct result of performance.
FAMILY
My family is the most important aspect of my life. My wife Kathi is a fourth generation Californian. She is very active in local charitable organizations. She was chairperson for Sandpipers Design House, Career Day and Staff Appreciation at Manhattan Beach Middle School. In addition, she was a Scout Leader for The Girl Scouts of America.
We have four children, Giovanni, Brieana, Vincenzo, and Alexa. Gio, a 2007 graduate of the Policy, Planning & Development School at USC, he was a four year letter-man with the Men’s Volleyball Team and Co-Captain his Junior and Senior years. He is currently working as my partner.
Brieana, attended The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles. She currently is the co-owner of “Blvd.”- A men’s and women’s clothing boutique.
Our Twins, Vince and Alexa, have taken different career paths. Vince currently works as my partner, and Alexa works in the Fashion Industry in New York City.
